All weigh-out sweets are sold in 250g bags, rolls and novelty sweets are sold in 5's or 10's which are clearly stated on the listing. With exception to mini Love Hearts which are sold in 50's.

Postage costs are clearly labelled before any payment is made so you don't have any nasty surprises. Thetuckmonkey.co.uk currently uses Royal mail: 1st class, 2nd class, special delivery, standard parcel post and Airmail. It is entirely your choice of which service you would like to use and all options with prices are provided in the drop down box in your cart. Prices start at just £1.50 ( a standard 250g bag will cost £1.80, 2nd class). Postage is combined as much as possible for multiple purchases (in the same order) and this is done automatically for you. Second class postage has a weight limit of 1kg so all orders over this (4 bags or more) will be charged at either 1st class rate or standard parcel.

Thetuckmonkey.co.uk ships orders monday to friday. There are no shipments on saturday or sunday so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

It is endeavoured that all orders received before 11am will be shipped 'same day' and depending on the postal service you choose the majority of orders arrive next day... hooray!

Regardless of the size of your order thetuckmonkey.co.uk always packs your bags of sweets in boxes for shipping so they arrive as fresh as when they were shipped. You may find other companies shipping sweets in padded envelopes which results in 'pancake confectionery'....boo!

Thetuckmonkey.co.uk currently only ships to Europe. Postage costs are displayed in the drop down menu in your cart before any payment is made. Orders over 2 kilos will be divided into separate packages and charged at cost. This is to comply with Royal Mail's weight limits.

Thetuckmonkey.co.uk works hard to provide an excellent service and great sweets. If however the sweets reach you in an unsatisfactory condition we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. You will need to e-mail sales@thetuckmonkey.co.uk stating the problem and you will be issued with an authorisation code for the item to be returned. Unless the cause of dissatisfaction is found to be as a result of thetuckmonkey.co.uk's actions, return postage will not be refunded. If you simply wish to return the sweets as you have changed your mind,  again postage will not be refunded and the sweets will have to returned unopened in the original packaging.

Thetuckmonkey.co.uk believes strongly in value for money which is why we offer a multi-purchase (of the same sweets) discount on the majority of the sweets that are listed. Discounts are clearly shown in the included table in the sweet listing.  If no table is shown then the price remains the same for every purchase you make. Discounts are only available on multiple bags of the same sweets.

Thetuckmonkey.co.uk accepts payment via credit or debit cards only. We currently use paypal which offers a secure checkout for all purchases. You do not have to be a Paypal member in order to use our checkout facility - when prompted choose 'not a member' on the right hand side of your screen and you will be asked to enter your card details.
